Stage 4 Bain’s Kloof gonna be hot and hard
Get out and watch the best Mountain bikers in the world battle it out to see who gets home first. In another stage which sees the entire Cape Epic caravan transfer to a new overnight venue, the racing should be tough especially after three really hard days.

A stage which has 1800m of climbing and 111km but with Bain’s Kloof towards the end, the sun should bake on the riders, so once again hydration will be key. Who said the Cape Epic was easy.
