Cancel those meetings, hop in your saddles and mark your calendars for the Hollard JUMA on Sunday, 25th August 2019.

JUMA

Something Old

Now entering its 6th year the Hollard JUMA has learnt a lot over the years; experiences that have moulded it into the enthralling urban adventure it is today. This year, you can expect more of the same exciting urban trail riding that has become a hallmark of the Hollard JUMA over the years. Darting over scaffolding bridges, scaling down the trails of the Spruit, over highways and through stormwater drains. It’s hard to believe this is all in one race and it’s all in your backyard.

Something New

In 2019, the Hollard JUMA has an all-new calendar entry. Pushed out to a fresh new date, mark it in your calendar on Sunday, 25th August 2019. Circle it, highlight it and double underline it. Whatever it takes because you don’t want to miss this.

Something Borrowed

Borrowed? Just a few tonnes of metal for the half dozen temporary bridges that form part of the Hollard JUMA route. Add to that to the parks, streams, tunnels and stormwater drains and you’ve got yourself one incredibly convenient and unforgettable race right in the heart of Johannesburg.

Something Green?

Green is for those extra bucks back in your pocket because while the rest of the world continues to raise prices, the Hollard JUMA has been treading its own path. This year, the Hollard JUMA has wheeled back entry fees as well as running an early bird special from now until the 1st June 2019. Ensuring that the race for every rider is now also the race for every budget.

  • 1km or 2km Kiddies Race – R68
  • 22km – R171
  • 54km – R332
  • 72km Punisher – R401

Russell Willis, Event Organiser: BAM Event & Activation Creators comments: “Every year we sit down and think about how to build and improve on the Hollard JUMA experience. This year we’ve decided to move the race to Spring –  so there’s a little less chill and a little more thrill in the stormwater drains. And, taking rider feedback to heart, we’ve dropped the prices for 2019.

Lower prices does not mean we’re lowering the fun, with Hollards support, riders can still expect all  their Hollard JUMA features come August.”

With six years under its belt, the Hollard JUMA continues to stand alone as the only urban adventure for all types of riders. On Sunday, 25th of August 2019 Marks Park will be home to Hollard Adventure Village where you will be treated to live musical acts from top South African artists, food stalls, kiddies play areas and so much more.  This is your race; Johannesburg so be sure not to miss it!

The early bird special is on now until the 1st June 2019. Hurry up and book your place now visit www.joziadventure.co.za to enter.

After the 1st June 2019, the kiddies 1 or 2km Kiddies race will be R115, 22km at R229, the 54km to R401 and 72km Punisher at R574 and if you enter a Tribe of 4 or more people you’ll get 20% off.
