SCOTT Sports new high style HQ

Including seven floors, 4,000 m² of showrooms, 5,783 m² of glass and space to house 500 employees, SCOTT Sports’ new global headquarters has been unveiled.

Three years in the making, the Givisiez, Switzerland-set building will be the home for all of SCOTT’s divisions, including Bike, Winter, Moto and Running. It will also serve as organisational centre for SCOTT’s other brands including Syncros, Bergamont, Bold cycles, Avanti, Malvern Star and others.

The state-of-the-art building is focused on using resources sustainably with a system that controls heating, ventilation and acoustics at the same time. Geothermal power, solar tech and district heat are used.

High tech features include a micro-perforated, sun-controlled aluminum façade allows daylight to flow into the interior. There is dynamic sun protection on the upper floors and a high-tech basement façade – an outer structure of 400 aluminium windows is controlled by 880 separate motors in non-stop motion create natural lighting within.
