Calling all junior mountain bikers
Franschhoek – Junior mountain bikers are in for a treat at the 3rd annual Fedhealth MTB Challenge that will take place at the picturesque Boschendal Wine Estate on Saturday, 16 and Sunday, 17 September 2017.
A mountain biker’s dream come true, Boschendal boasts well-designed, unspoilt mountain bike trails, gorgeous scenery and an array of activities that cater for the entire family.
The activities will kick off on Saturday with the Fedhealth Kids MTB Events. Catering for ages 0 – 13, junior mountain bike enthusiasts can choose between a 500m, 1.5km and 5km event. After each event, riders can relax in the Fedhealth Kids Zone that will feature a jumping castle, movies, child minders and a Fedhealth Kids Zone water bottle.
Says Jeremy Yatt, Fedhealth Principal Officer: “Fedhealth is all about family, and as such it’s only fitting that the Fedhealth MTB Challenge offers a whole day dedicated to the younger riders of the family. So get those entries in – and remember that entry is free to Fedhealth members!”
