Annika “It was a very tactical day, we got away in the last climbs put our heads down and rode as fast as we could”

Kate “Today was particularly special for me. My first stage race and I picked the hardest one. The Cape Epic just blows everything ar you.
Winning a sprint finish is always a good feeling, being first over the line is great. We are a good partnership, we both strong. Githa is very strong. you have to be able to really suffer, then you will do well.
Githa, ” The Epic is a real sufferfest like I have never experienced before. Really hard, really long days. I am really proud of my my performanve in this really strong field.
Sabine “Yesterday I was powerless, i was happy with how today workwd out. The Epic is a Team event and we worked well as a team.
Robyn ” We are happy to bounce back, we have been disappointed. Persistence and patients pays off, we still looking to be on the podiu
