Becks Blue has entered the mountain biking realm by teaming up with two of the Western Cape’s prominent mountain bike races, the Fedhealth MTB Challenge (16 and 17 September 2017) and the BUCO Origin Of Trails (25 and 26 November 2017).
The two-day mountain bike race in Paarl, sponsored by First National Bank, starts on September 30 and is an opportunity for alumni, students and the public to experience a memorable outing in the Drakenstein mountains.
The two-day event in Paarl, which will be held on September 30 and October 1, will have the Nederburg wine farm as its centrepiece, with cloverleaf routes starting and finishing at the race village.
Dryland, Biogen and Giant have added a primary schools’ category to the Ladismith Cheese 7Weekspoort MTB Challenge to 2017. Schools can enter teams of 5 riders and the team with the fastest combined time will win prizes and a floating trophy.
