Gwahumbe Reserve Short Loop

Gwahumbe Game and Spa is a private game reserve in the Ixopo area of southern KwaZulu-Natal — a midlands-coast hinterland reserve with white rhino, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe and a variety of plains game on rolling grassland terrain. The 12km Short Loop delivers a genuine wildlife riding experience on the reserve’s game tracks with regular animal encounters.

What to Expect

Gravel and game reserve tracks on gently rolling to moderately hilly grassland terrain. White rhino are the signature encounter — large, prehistoric and potentially close to the trail.
