Lindani Blue Route
Lindani Game Reserve is a 3,000-hectare game farm in the Waterberg Mountains near Vaalwater — one of the Waterberg’s most popular cycling destinations with 70km of marked trails through the reserve’s varied topography. The Blue Route is the intermediate option, available exclusively to overnight guests with bike hire available on site for those without their own equipment.
What to Expect
Game reserve tracks and singletrack on moderately rolling Waterberg bushveld terrain. The varied Waterberg topography — red sandstone ridges, mixed mopane and broadleaf bushveld — creates a changing landscape throughout the blue route. Game including giraffe, kudu, zebra and warthog are regularly encountered on the trails. The reserve’s 70km trail network means riders can cover entirely different terrain on multiple days without repetition.
