Warmbaths Spa Trail
Forever Resorts Warmbaths is one of South Africa’s most popular resort destinations — the natural hot mineral spring complex at Bela-Bela has been drawing visitors from Gauteng for generations, with the warm alkaline spring water at 51°C flowing into multiple outdoor pools of varying temperatures. The 15km Spa Trail follows gravel roads through the resort grounds and surrounding Bushveld farm terrain, combining easy riding with the iconic Warmbaths hot spring recovery experience.
What to Expect
Easy gravel resort roads and farm tracks on flat to very gently rolling Bushveld terrain. The primary attraction is the post-ride experience — soaking in the 51°C mineral spring water in the resort’s outdoor pools is one of the finest post-ride recovery options available at any South African trail venue. Plan to arrive early on weekends as the resort is extremely popular with Gauteng visitors.
