Entabeni Game Reserve Trail

Entabeni Safari Conservancy is one of the Waterberg’s most celebrated game reserves — a 22,000-hectare Big 5 reserve with the dramatic Hanging Mountain plateau as its central feature, spectacular views across the Waterberg Biosphere and luxury lodge accommodation that has made it one of Limpopo’s premier safari destinations. The 22km trail explores the conservancy’s game roads in this extraordinary landscape.

What to Expect

Game reserve tracks on moderately rolling Waterberg bushveld terrain with consistent views of the Hanging Mountain plateau. The Big 5 are resident — white rhino, lion, elephant and leopard are all potential trail encounters. Ride at wildlife-appropriate slow speeds and follow the conservancy’s safety protocols. The Waterberg scenery — red sandstone ridges, mixed bushveld and the spectacular plateau — creates a visually remarkable riding environment.
