Haga Haga Coastal Loop
Haga Haga is a small Wild Coast resort village south of the Kei River — a classic Eastern Cape coastal getaway with a sheltered beach, rock pools and the lush coastal vegetation that characterises the Wild Coast’s southern section. The 20km coastal loop explores the coastal terrain north and south of the village on singletrack and beach sections.
What to Expect
Coastal singletrack and beach riding on flat to gently rolling coastal terrain. Rock pool sections, coastal dune paths and clifftop stretches create constant variety. The Indian Ocean is visible throughout and the Wild Coast’s characteristic combination of lush vegetation, dramatic cliffs and turquoise water makes this one of the most scenic easy-intermediate coastal rides in the Eastern Cape.
Getting There
Haga Haga is 60km north of East London on the Wild Coast. GPS: -32.7323, 28.1589.
