Brits 15km Singletrack

Brits is a significant North West town at the northern foot of the Magaliesberg — sitting between the Hartbeespoort Dam and the Pilanesberg Game Reserve corridor. The 15km intermediate singletrack uses the Magaliesberg foothills north of town on the Silkaatsnek terrain, with the 17,000-hectare Silkaatsnek Nature Reserve in the foothills providing additional riding context. The local riding community’s trails in this area connect Brits with the broader Magaliesberg trail network.

What to Expect

Singletrack on moderately rolling Magaliesberg foothills terrain. The foothills vegetation — mixed Bushveld and rocky quartzite outcrops — creates a varied riding surface. The Silkaatsnek area is well-known as a hiking and outdoor recreation corridor.
